The "Photoelectric Sensor" plays an active role in
automatic manufacturing processes. The "Displacement Sensor"
measure the dimension of objects on the production line. The "Non-contact
Thermometer" can measure surface temperature without making
contact. Factory automation sensors contribute towards cost-effective
as intelligent "eyes" to improve systems such like the
analysis of process information and control of manufacturing lines.
Portable type non-contact thermometer (Thermo-hunters):
Portable non-contact thermometer enables
temperature measurement without touching objects. It is desirable
for food's temperature control where hygiene is required. It also
brings a good solution for checking temperature safely at a distance
from the dangerous atmospheres of which temperature and voltage
are extremely high. The performance of OPTEX thermometer is well
received in the field of measuring instrument all over the world.
Two main types of Optex Thermo-hunters
are readily available:
- The
standard PT-2LD which has a range of -40 to 510C and a response
time of less than 800ms
- The
PT-7LD with a measuring range of -20 to 200C and a response
time of 700ms.
Other than these, the Optex BUILT-IN2
fixed mounting unit is also available. The model includes a built-in
digital display and has a measuring range of 0 to 500C.
